There are countless movies released every month, but oftentimes it feels like it’s the same generic films coming out over and over again. That’s not the case with any of the three very unique movies we’ll be taking a look at in this first movie review post of 2024.

 It’s that time of year again — that time for the year to be over! I can only hope that 2024 will be filled with as many great movies, TV shows, and video games as this past one was, because when it came to all three categories 2023 really delivered.

Super Mario RPG is a remake of the original Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, which was released on the SNES in 1996, and has since become a bit of a cult classic. Though I don’t personally have nostalgia for the original game, I’m a big fan of both role-playing games and Mario, so I was excited to try this updated version.
